Participatory design looks into a case through and with its users, goes into systems to make sure that the outcomes are effective, less resources are wasted (time, money, materials, expectations) and that people involved leave the process feeling agency!
This project will showcase the participatory design process of a network of spaces and the design of a digital platform that support participation in Malmö, starting now and looking into the future.
